The Laher family has been involved in footwear and apparel retail for over forty years. From humble beginnings in Benoni in 1943 they opened their second store in Wynberg Alexandra in 1955. In 2005 the company purchased a new warehouse of approximately 4000 square meters (situated in Springs). In January 2008 of this year they launched their online store, BRANDS ONLINE (www.brandsonline.co.za). With BRANDS ONLINE they hope to take footwear and apparel retail to an unprecedented new platform.
